Very Disappointing Stay – Service Has Declined. I’m a returning guest at Marlin Serviced Apartments @Algate East but this stay was very disappointing. I requested early check-in as my flight landed at 6am and I arrived at 9am after more than 24 hours of travel, but was told to pay £30 to check in at noon. When I asked to store my luggage at the lobby, the lady manager refused, saying policies had changed — even though I was allowed last time — forcing me to use a nearby Premier Inn and pay £23.72 for storage. My booking for two guests couldn’t be modified to three, and I was charged £80 for a sofa bed — more than booking for three online. The assigned room was the complete opposite of my request, facing ongoing construction. To make things worse, the “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Staff at check in counter including the manager, were not warmth, welcoming or helpful. As someone working in hospitality industry, I found this experience far below expectations. I will never return to Marlin Serviced Apartments and will not recommend it to anyone visiting London.

前台小哥服務很好，幫我們安排了15樓的大平層，景色不錯，洗浴用品是歐舒丹的，附近有2超市和便利店。離地鐵站也不遠。就是外牆在裝修，找的時候入口不明顯。離我們要去劍橋的利物浦火車站一站地鐵。

非常好，生活電器一應俱全，可以自己買菜做飯，交通也很便利，樓下附近有兩家華人超市，還有便利店，離塔橋非常近，走路可達

這個酒店沒有空調，沒有空調，給的風扇😓夏季出遊的要慎選，是我們這次英國行程裡面唯一沒有空調的酒店，可能習慣默認酒店都是帶空調的，正好那幾天很熱，作為公寓酒店來説其他設施都齊全，給大家提個醒，入住當晚電梯壞了，前台和先生一起搬的箱子走樓梯，有點無語😑

The apartment was spacious and clean with nice views of the London skyline. Downstairs are a few supermarkets which came in handy as we needed to buy an adapter. The kitchen is fully furnaced with stove, oven, microwave, etc. The staff at the reception were very helpfull and check-in was fast and smooth. The location is excellent as it is near the Tower Bridge (15 minutes walk) . The Bus 15 stop is closeby which is a line that crosses many famous spots.

一房一廳，廚房設備齊全但我們沒用，有洗衣機這個方便，梳化床也夠大，適閤家庭親子，就是在路邊吵了一點，車聲，而且樓在裝修，9點後有沖擊鑽響，按金50磅，退房幾天都沒退回
